http://kune.cc/?locale=es#kune.wiki.1218.914
in a wave, open a new window.
So we have to detect if the link is local or not, and open a new window or not.
Temporally workaround, to use #kune.wiki.1218.914 link instead (but this breaks federation).

In Apache Wave, we have to patch: AnnotationSpreadRenderer.applyAttribute (detecting if the url is local)
