I can work on this, but what's exactly should we do?
- With GeoIP, given an IP we know its location. Ok, but which IP do we use? The creator's IP? All the members' IP? They can be in different locations...
- Once we have their location, we should show it in the interface, then? Where?

I don't remember why I have created the issue. I have probably just copied it from a wave so as to show how Redmine works or something like that.
